Self-Service Guidelines

1. Ensure GPS location services are turned ON when punching in via mobile browser within the designated office perimeter.
2. If password recovery OTP is delayed, check your official mailbox spam folder or contact the IT administrator for temporary access.
3. For official leave quota disputes or hierarchy adjustments, contact your Directorate Admin or the HR Wing.
